Kingarth

Kingarth has five bedrooms and three shower-rooms spread over two floors, offering flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests. Three of the rooms can be made up as twins or as superking doubles, while the remaining two bedrooms are king doubles. With a spacious lounge and a large dining kitchen that can comfortably seat 10, there is ample room for groups or large families. The front windows have stunning views of Craigleith island and across the sea to Fife, while everything North Berwick has to offer is a few steps away from your front door: the beach, shops, restaurants and bars and more.

Tregarth

Tregarth is a stylish new two bedroomed apartment completed in 2020. The ground floor property features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a door opening out onto your own private courtyard garden – ideal for enjoying a morning coffee. The master bedroom can be arranged either as a twin room or as a superking double. Additionally, there is a trundle bed providing two more singles that makes this perfect as a family room if required. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bath for relaxing after a busy day. The smaller of the two bedrooms again has twin beds that can be made up as a superking double if preferred. There is a second, separate shower room and a fully equipped utility room with washing and drying facilities. Tregarth has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay and is ideally placed just steps from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and everything else North Berwick has to offer.
